Purchase Pass

This pack is designed for private group or family visits, offering exclusive access to our facility for 2 hours per session.

The pack can be shared with others as long as everyone arrives together. All spots must be booked under one name.

For example, if Linh attends with 7 friends, Linh must book 8 spots under her name.

⚠️ Important notes:

A single booking does not automatically cover multiple people.

If insufficient spots are booked, we may not be able to accommodate everyone.

To support sustainability, we encourage guests to bring their own robe and two bath towels. Robes and towels are also available for hire if needed.

The pack is registered under one name and cannot be transferred between individuals.

Partially used packs are non-refundable.
